Aztec doodle
Oh wow, the quality of this is sooo bad! Smudges (to hide the writing on the page behind it), thick wonky lines, uneven legs and random black squidges! My oh my definitely not my best. I like wearing this outfit a lot, with my Katnis style braid, aztec vest and black jeggings from Primark and plain black shoes from New Look and a stone arrowhead necklace which was a christmas present, it's an easy outfit for me not to wear considering I usually wear dresses all the time. The outfit does look nicer in person rather than my terrible painting of it.
However I've just finished an eight day streak in work, so had nothing else to put up as basically I've done nothing but work every single day for just over a week! Fun times yo! (I may have slightly gone mad, maybe...). I am exhausted, but luckily had today off, but I had to do a course thingie for four hours which took an hour to drive to and back so it wasn't really a day off, but I do get tomorrow off yay! I plan to watch The Lorax, yes I am a grown up thank you very much!
Oh and today I went on the motorway for the first time since I passed my test, which was last October. It was scary but easy! And oddly quiet... and I made my mum come with me haha, but she only screeched a little so it was okay. I did see a car on fire though! That was quite scary, it on the other side of the motorway luckily, and I don't think anyone was injured as no one was near it. We saw loads of police/ambulance/fire engines going past as we went further on slowing traffic, but yeah, not exactly the best thing to see when you're already nervous! But car got me there and back again safely, and everything was cleared up by the time I came back so it's all good!

Hearts
Sorry for the blurryness of the photo above, not the best picture, or illustration but I find it fun to do. I'm wearing a fake leather jacket from Primark and a pint heart dress from H&M. I love it! The cut of it is so flattering especially on girls with bigger busts, and it feels really dainty and feminim but I added the jacket to toughen it up a bit. I would have got it in blue but they didn't have my size and I'm kinda glad I didn't since I've been on a peach/coral/pink kick lately. Does anyone else do that? Tend to dress in certain colours for awhile? Or buy certain colours? I always go through phases. Anyway, I wore this outfit when I went to London to see my friend, we just went to a local pub after going to Thorpe Park. I also wore my creepers, and drew them in but you couldn't see them after editing, which is mainly Instagram. I know it's not the best but I like using it for these pictures.
P.S! Don't forget to enter my bloggiversary giveaway! It's open till the 15th of July! :)

Garden Day
I drew this ages ago, back when we had about a week or two weeks of sunshine. Do you remember that? It was sunny every day! I got into the habit of taking a blanket out into a corner of my garden (it's hard to find a private area since I have neighbours on both sides and the front is open to anyone who walks past :( ) and would read or draw and try to get a tan! I did try to use my laptop but its so hard to see the screen when it's sunny so I just gave up.
Anyway, I painted this the other day and thought I might post it even though its not that good, but its been a few weeks now since I wore it so I might as well. The dress is from Primark and its gorgeous and so girly and I want it in a million other colours plz! Since I was in my garden I went barefoot and wore some sunglasses so I could see, but as you can tell, I can't draw or paint sunglasses! I should have just left them out, especially since they're not all black but have white polka dots on but I knew I'd just mess it up if I tried. Also, I need to find better ink pens, I always loose the ones I really like in work, so note to self, stop taking good pens to work! Yeeesh!

Summer Look Doodle
This is a little drawing I did of one of the looks I want to have for summer, long red hair and a farm child type of look. I'm not going to dye my hair till I cut it, so I probably won't have long red hair this summer, and I would love to get some dungarees (I used to wear them all summer long when I was younger) and walk around barefooted. I don't like wearing socks so the warmer the weather, the better for my poor feet really as I walk around the house barefooted. I'd never do that out though, unless it was the beach or something but I used to work with a guy who never wore shoes unless he was working which is commitment! I couldn't do that lol. Anyway this is a scheduled short post since I'm busy all weekend, but I want to keep on posting regularly otherwise I tend to leave it for awhile!

What I wore: My 22nd Birthday
The quality's pretty bad and the drawings all wonky but I've not had time so I hope it doesn't look too terrible. I didn't actually get a photo of just me on my birthday, I usually do for it (and usually in fancy dress) but I'm only in a few photos with other people so it's an illustrated outfit post once again! I've had no time to do a better one nor will as it was my birthday, then I was hungover and it was my friends birthday, and today it was my mums birthday then I had work, and then I'm working tomorrow and Friday and Saturday and yeah so I didn't have that much time and I have a few blog ideas in mind to do before May. May! Why is it so close? It feels like it's still January to me, both time and weather wise! (Upcoming blog posts are a necklace wishlist, a blog parcel swap, shopping haul, 23 before 23, cupcake recipe and week in Instagram, lets see if I actually do them all!).
I wore a stripey dress I got from (I can't remember where will update) on sale for £7, bargain! It's strapless and looks a lot better in real life, and the skirt goes out more, very pretty and girly. It came with a yellow belt I didn't fancy wearing, but probably will wear it with other dresses. I also wore a black cardigan, tights and velvet shoes from Primark. They have now fallen apart and have been chucked away since the floors were so sticky where I went, they actually ripped the shoes apart! That's cheap shoes for you though! And I did wear them nearly every day when it wasn't raining. I also wore a necklace I got for my birthday which is actually part of a necklace wishlist I've been putting together that I haven't posted yet, ooops! That will be up soon, so many necklaces, so little time...
Oh yeah what do you think of the whole no nose and mouth thing? Does it look cute or too creepy with the demon doll eyes? And I'm trying to colour my hair how it actually is, my roots are quite light and the rest of my hair is dyed darker and is just a little bit shorter than I've drawn it. My friend curled it for me as my attempts didn't work and our boyfriends were making jokes about us taking forever to get ready but as I said before, I was the birthday girl so could afford to be late :P

What I wore, Illustrated
Well since it's been a looong time since I last did one of these, I thought I'd do one tonight. And also Catherine from Simple Country Girl (whom I'm doing a swap with but more on that later), said the drawings were nice so I gathered my things and started painting. I actually drew these in January but I only painted them tonight. For the first outfit post I think I'd gone for hot chocolate with my friends in Starbucks for a catch up. I was wearing a rust coloured cardigan from Primark, as well as the brown brogues and leggings, whilst the coral dress and headband are from H&M and the necklace was a little camera I got for Christmas off my friend. I tried my best to capture the colours, but I have a very basic watercolour set, but anyways I love peach and rust together, I think that colour combo is gorgeous. Or even peach/pink with rust as I'm wearing lots of now. The first pen I used was very thick to outline, and I hunted around the house for my favourite type of pens for the next, and only found one, which has almost run out. I need to buy more.
For the second outfit, I wore this a lot during Jan/Feb as I was in love with the top and I felt a bit French wearing it too. I got the stripy top from Matalan and the stripes are meant to be white, and have a lacy collar. I also wore brooches from Matalan too (I think) which were a deer and a bird for £1, bargain! I want to wear brooches more. I also wore black jeggings from Primark, and pale brown buckley brogues from New Look. I've drawn my legs or rather crotch area really short, wasn't my intention and in real life the top is longer, that's why I wore it with jeggings, otherwise I would have worn it with proper jeans!
Anyway just a quick post with two drawings, I took the photos using Instagram (Oh the love I have for the app is crazy!) and I need to work on a few things to make them better, and sorry for the scary demon eyes in the top one! Oh and p.s one week till my birthday! Yay! :D

What I wore #4, #5 and #6
Not the most creative of titles but that's what it's about. I'm behind on blogging, as in what I wanted to do. I did a to-do list the Wednesday before which I was meant to review the Wednesday just gone, but I haven't, oh well. I've been busy working or down my boyfriends, so haven't had that much time to post. One of the things I wanted to do, was illustrate my outfits every day for a week, like Ellamasters. This I have done, but I haven't painted the last two and I'm too tired to do that now, so you just get three. Plus, I think it'll look nicer than posting them ALL at once, three and two are better than five in a row. So here we go! They're not that interesting.
I found this outfit really hard to draw, the dress/top tunic was really difficult. I hate drawing the sleeves, but this was the best I could do. Also my owl necklace kept looking like a fish >.< and I need to work on the hair ooops, was meant to be a messy bun.
I really liked this one, wish the legs were more symmetrical but I don't really mind, but the colour is off by a lot. It wasn't so off when I painted it, but its meant to be more brown, way more brown than here, where it looks orange! I love my onesie though :)
Hate this drawing! My drawings seem to be getting smaller and smaller! Not what I wanted to do at all. The pen I used seemed to be runny, so I hate the outlines, but I loved wearing that outfit. It was perfect for a not so sunny day. I have two more, I think, to round up the week, then I'll only do it when I feel like it, so the blog won't be bombarded with them! Hopefully I'll be getting the scanner to work by then too so it'll be prettier on here!
I'm going to be busy the next few days so I won't be posting much. Working tomorrow, which I wish I wasn't. I fell down the stairs yesterday and now my big toe is swollen and bruised, and working tonight for only four and a half hours hurt a bit, so tomorrow will be worse :( Then have a mock driving test, then watching The Lion King 3D with my boyfriend, can't wait! I haven't seen it in years. Then on Sunday I'll be going to the races for my boyfriends brothers birthday. Never been before so that'll be interesting, I hope it doesn't rain! Then Monday I have my real driving test, so I'm really nervous. Hopefully the next post will say I've passed. It's my second attempt, and I failed the last one since I was so nervous, I went into first gear from sixth gear TWICE! Damn shaky hands, I really don't blame him for failing me. If I fail this time though, I'm taking medication next time, wish me luck!

What I wore #2 and #3
My equipment! Paints are from when I was in college, and a hello kitty pencil I've had for awhile! I bought a sharpener and paintbrush set today after work so I can actually drawn and paint yay! I've got two posts up, since I'm trying to draw what I've worn every day, but I'm not including todays since I haven't done it yet, so that'll be in tomorrow along with other stuff hopefully. Oh I just realised I forgot to put the pen in, ah well.
I still need to work on the whole editing thing and possibly scanning, since the blurryness kills me! and I have to use flash to make it less blurry and I'd rather not. Anyway first attempt at a watercolour outfit. I think I need some more practice but overall I like it. Colours of the skirt should be more red but I'd painted on that patch too much and it was soggy and ripped a bit, so I gave up. As written above I had lots of fun! And I think my costume was a better outfit that what I wore that day.
I wish I hadn't inked around the cheeks now, but you live and you learn I guess. I hate drawing legs and arms and hands and feet so they're rather shapeless. I tried drawing hands like Ellamasters shows you in her tutorial, but they just looked freaky when I drew them like that, wah. I really love that smocky top above, which I have in black too. They are perfect for hot sunny days, I just wish I had them in more colours! The friend is actually my mums friends daughter who spent a lot of time living in France and Hungary recently, so it could be from another country or from here, who knows, I don't recognize the label inside.
Anywho! I'm hoping that my drawing skills will increase! and painting skills and editing skills and whatnot. I've also bought another little sketch book today I'll use for writing down random thoughts, lists and doodles.
